In its fifth annual Best of America issue, Reader's Digest chose to highlight a number of interesting topics from Maria Shriver's advice on managing fame to the19 high schools that start classes later to give young students more natural rest. But we couldn't be more delighted with the award for Best Change Agent: donation meters for the homeless.
