1) Content needs to be relevant.
Remember the site is there for your visitors, not for you. Does anyone besides your Board of Directors care about your annual report? Chances are it is more important to you than it is to your customers.
The hot topic of 2010 had to be the incredibly rapid rise and deployment of social media. We’ve commented on this topic recently, so I thought it would be interesting to look at what’s happening to traditional media in this new world.
