Christina Schroeder is rare bird in the ad industry. Part writer, part strategist, complete data geek, she has the heart of a creative and the mind of a client.
Christina started rabble+rouser in 2005 after spending nearly a decade as the VP of marketing for one of America’s best-loved brands—Weber grills. rabble+rouser was born out of her love of branded content. While at Weber she lived it and breathed and witnessed its power to move brands and people. In the few short years since opening shop, rabble’s work has earned national attention and numerous awards including Davey--Best-of-Show-Integrated Campaigns, Webby Award nomination, Communicator awards, PRSA awards, a Reader’s Digest Best of America Award--even a James Beard nomination. Additionally, rabble’s work has been featured in Communication Arts, Forbes, AdAge, Wired, Mashable, and other national media.
In her former life, she consulted with brands such as Dremel, Skil, Hoover, Waterpik, and Calphalon, helping them understand and reach their customers. She studied consumer behavior at the University of Colorado and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Christina’s the youngest of twelve children, which, she believes, shaped her ability to find creative ways to get her message heard above the crowd. As a student of human behavior, she loves to travel and experience different cultures and perspectives. She believes there is no better place to witness how people live than at the local market.
