New Web Site for Denver Public SchoolsPosted by christina in New Work

Our new Web site for the Denver Public Schools Communications Office is changing the way the district communicates with the community.

When the director of communications, Alex Sanchez, stepped into his position in 2007, he immediately saw an opportunity to improve work flow and communications between the district, the media, the schools, parents, and the community. His vision was to create a communication Web site that would streamline distribution of information and simplify the many requests his department received for services and information. So together we developed a robust Web application to do just that. A browser-based content management system allows Alex’s team to easily control information. Now press releases flow easily to the media, community members can promote school events and announcements, and schools in the district can efficiently request service from Alex’s office.

Check it out. The logic behind how the content management system works is applicable across many areas. If you are interested in exploring how this type of content management system can be put to work for you, give us a call or drop us a note.
